Timeback ("we", "us") operates jointimeback.com and the Timeback app. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run our programs, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

Contact details — your name and email address when you join the newsletter, book a call, fill in a form, or join a program.
Program information — what you share in onboarding questionnaires and sessions, used only to prepare and deliver your program.
Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we receive only confirmation of the payment and your billing name and email.
Usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you.

How we use it

To deliver the programs you signed up for, including scheduling sessions and giving you access to the Timeback app.
To send you the emails you asked for — newsletter, program updates, event invitations. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To improve the site and our programs.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate — payment processing (Stripe), scheduling (Google Calendar, Calendly), forms (Tally), email (Brevo/MailerLite), analytics (Google Analytics) — each bound by their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to hello@jointimeback.com and we'll take care of it.

Timeback is an independent training company; our programs, including the Timeback Claude Bootcamp, are not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Anthropic. All other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
