This page lists every cookie and browser storage item jointimeback.com can put on your device, what each one does and how long it lasts. We keep it short because our list is short: nothing that tracks you is loaded unless you say yes.

1. What we mean by cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. The same rules apply to other browser storage such as localStorage, so we cover both here. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and the GDPR, we may only set storage that is strictly necessary to provide the site you asked for. Everything else — analytics included — needs your prior consent.

That is exactly how the site behaves: no analytics script is downloaded, and no analytics cookie is written, until you press "Accept analytics".

2. Strictly necessary

Always active. Without these the site cannot remember what you told it. No consent is required and none of it is shared with anyone.

3. Analytics — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-07FYZVCQ8R) to see which pages people read and where they leave. It tells us how many visitors we had, not who they are. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage, and we have turned off Google Signals, advertising features and data sharing for advertising purposes.

If you reject, none of this loads and we delete any analytics cookie a previous visit left behind.

4. Advertising

None. We run no advertising or retargeting pixels on this site — no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag, no Google Ads remarketing. If that ever changes, this page changes first and the banner will ask you separately.

5. Third-party services you interact with

Some pages embed or link to tools run by other companies. They set their own cookies under their own policies, and only when you actually load or use them:

Stripe — checkout and fraud prevention, when you go to pay. Stripe privacy.
Google Calendar booking pages — when you open a booking link to schedule a call.
Calendly — same, where we use it instead. Calendly privacy.
Tally — application and survey forms. Tally privacy.
Tella — video player embedded on a few pages.
Luma — event registration pages we link to for meetups.
The Timeback app at app.jointimeback.com — a separate application with its own login session cookies, strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

6. Fonts and other assets

Every typeface on this site is served from our own domain. We do not use Google Fonts or any other font CDN, so opening a Timeback page does not send your IP address to a third party just to render text.

7. How to change your mind

On this site — open cookie settings, or use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Rejecting also clears analytics cookies already on your device.
In your browser — every browser lets you block or delete cookies for a site: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Blocking strictly necessary storage means the banner will ask you on every page.
