The adoption gap.
Leadership signs the AI tool subscriptions. Three months later, two people use them daily and the rest forgot the password. There's no shared playbook, no one owns it, and "AI strategy" lives in a slide deck nobody reads.
We help teams adopt AI properly, so the people you hired stop drowning in admin and get back to the work that actually matters.
Picture this
Right now your team's day is fragmented. Email in one tab. Calendar in another. Notion. Excel. Word. Each person stitching it all together by hand. Copy-pasting context, retyping the same information, hunting for the file from last Tuesday.
Imagine instead: their Gmail, their Calendar, their Notion, their Excel, their Documents. All linked, all aware of each other, all powered by AI agents that know your team's voice and your business context.
Meeting notes write themselves. Lead follow-ups happen on time. Reports build from the data without anyone having to format anything. Briefs draft in your team's tone. First try.
The real problem
Three patterns we see in every business we've worked with. Recognising them is the start.
Leadership signs the AI tool subscriptions. Three months later, two people use them daily and the rest forgot the password. There's no shared playbook, no one owns it, and "AI strategy" lives in a slide deck nobody reads.
Every team member tries different tools. Marketing has Jasper, sales has Apollo, ops has Zapier, the founder has Claude. Nothing connects. Nothing compounds. Workflows live in people's heads.
Tools change every month. Without a framework, a way to think about which tasks AI handles, how agents are onboarded, how they're trusted, you rebuild the wheel each time the model improves. Hours invested last quarter become technical debt this one.
Our approach
We don't drop a tool on your team and walk away. We map where the time goes, train the team on AI that fits the tools they already use, and leave them with workflows that compound.
We look at your team's actual week. The meetings, the admin, the back-and-forth. We surface the hours being lost to repetitive work, and the workflows that are silent productivity killers. You leave step one knowing exactly where the leverage is.
Not generic AI training. We set up Claude inside the tools your team already uses, so the AI feels native, not bolted on. The team walks away knowing how to talk to AI, write to it, and direct it. The outputs sound like your business, not generic AI tone.
Together with your team, we build the repeatable workflows that handle the work AI should be doing. Newsletters from voice notes. Report drafts from data. Meeting summaries that route themselves. By the end, your team owns these workflows. They know how to build the next ones.
What we do
We help teams adopt Claude. The AI built for serious work. We're specialists, not generalists.
A 2-3 day intensive workshop, on-site or remote. Built for your team, your tools, your workflows.
We don't teach AI in the abstract. We sit with your team in your actual tools, with your actual data, working through your actual workflows. We turn each person into a confident, fluent operator of Claude inside their day-to-day.
By the end of the workshop, your team will know how to talk to Claude well, set up workflows that run reliably, and build the kind of brand-voice infrastructure that makes every AI output sound like your business, not like every other company using ChatGPT.
Let's see if there's a fit
Book a 30-minute call with us and let's talk. No prep needed, no pitch deck. We learn your team, you learn how we work, and you walk away with at least one concrete idea you can use this week.

We work with teams from 3 to 50+ people. Smaller than 3, the cohort bootcamp is usually a better fit (and cheaper). Over 25, the engagement structure changes: more leadership involvement, sometimes multiple workshops to cover the whole team, and the rollout typically happens in phases. We'll talk through the right shape on the discovery call.
The full engagement runs around 4 weeks. The intensive workshop itself is 2-3 days (on-site or remote), and the workflows are implemented during the workshop, not after. Following the workshop, we run a series of troubleshooting calls so we can teach your team how to handle the issues that come up. By the end, your team is genuinely self-sufficient. You don't need an ongoing subscription with us to fix things, because we've given you the tools to do it yourselves.
Two reasons. The first is enterprise-grade: Claude is built with the security posture, data handling, and integrations that serious businesses need. The second is the ecosystem: Claude Desktop, Claude in Excel, Claude in Word. Claude lives where your team actually works, instead of being an extra tab to remember. We've built our whole methodology around it because it's the AI that's setting the standard for real business use.
That's fine for individual experimentation, but it's not where we operate. Our methodology is Claude-specific because the ecosystem is what makes the workflows compound. That ecosystem is genuinely different from the alternatives. If your team is committed to ChatGPT, we're probably not the right fit.
Whatever your team already uses. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, your CRM, your project management tool. We don't ask you to migrate anything. We layer Claude and the workflows on top of your existing stack.
Claude is built with enterprise security in mind. That's one of the reasons we chose it. We work with your IT or security lead during the engagement to make sure the rollout fits your existing posture. NDAs signed before the discovery call if you'd prefer.
Both. The intensive workshop runs on-site or remote depending on what works for your team. We're EU-based so European on-site is straightforward; further afield is possible but quoted differently.
Gui leads delivery on every engagement. Gabriella leads on operations and programme structure. The relationship stays with us. Never handed off to a junior.
